FlowCorps Reformer Pilates Audition Instructions

Thank you for scheduling your in-person audition! This is your opportunity to bring the FlowCorps experience to life—on the mic, in your movement, and through your presence in the room.

You’ll be teaching a set sequence to X You - Radio Edit (linked below). The script provided outlines specific time-stamped cues, with key musical moments and cues highlighted in yellow. Each section of movement must align with the corresponding beats—for example, the first plank hold must hit on the beat drop at 00:17. Movements should be paced using a 4-count rhythm (4, 3, 2, 1) as outlined in the script and demonstrated in the audio track.

You may adapt the cue language slightly to reflect your own voice, but the timing, sequence, and musical alignment must remain consistent. A sample video is also provided for inspiration—it follows the correct pacing and programming, though it varies slightly in language. You may adapt your script to reflect language authentic to you, but the instruction and cueing must remain consistent.

During your audition:

  • Move dynamically around the room—we’re looking for confident, engaging instruction beyond your own reformer. Notice how Nicole get’s low and moves around the room with purpose.

  • Demonstrate hands-on adjustments. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you must demonstrate this skill. You won’t be judged on the quality of your adjustments, just your attempt to offer them.

If you have questions as you prepare, you’re encouraged to schedule a time to speak with Nicole. Shoot her a text at 303-956-0924 to arrange a call. We’re excited to see your energy, timing, and teaching presence come together!
